Shipping policy

Where we ship: Duvesta currently ships to addresses in the United States.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time: Delivery usually takes 7 to 13 business days after the order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or because of carrier or customs delays.

Shipping cost: Standard shipping is $6.99. Shipping is free on orders of $140 or more.

Tracking: Use the tracking link in your shipping email to follow your package. Tracking can take a few days to update after the label is created.

Wrong address: Please check your address before placing the order. If you need to change it, email admin@esaby.com right away. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.

Lost or damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged, or tracking has not updated for 10 business days, email admin@esaby.com with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund your order.
